PayPal’s debit card, the PayPal Cash Card, is linked to your PayPal account and allows you to withdraw money from your balance as needed. Since this is a debit card, there’s no credit check involved when you apply. Whether you have no credit, excellent credit or anything in between, it doesn’t matter.
